Professional drone services throughout the Netherlands
Dutch Detective Agency provides professional drone services throughout the Netherlands with a qualified drone pilot and a DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine. Each assignment is assessed in advance to determine whether the flight can be carried out safely, lawfully and practically at the requested location and time.
Drone deployment supports inspection and aerial documentation: recording the condition of a roof, site, building or structure, documenting a situation on a large or hard-to-reach site, or providing aerial imagery in support of a file. Within investigations, drone deployment is used only insofar as applicable regulations permit.
Before each assignment we assess airspace and any restrictions, the location and its surroundings, weather conditions, the safety of bystanders, the privacy of third parties, the permissions required from rightholders, and the regulations in force at the time. If a permission is missing or the situation is unsafe, we do not fly and look for an alternative.
The named drone type may be replaced by equivalent suitable equipment where technically, operationally or legally necessary. Footage is collected, retained and provided only within the agreed instruction and applicable privacy rules.
You outline your situation by email, form or telephone; we then assess legitimate interest, proportionality and subsidiarity. A written plan of action with a clear cost framework follows, then the fieldwork and an objective final report.

Limits of this investigation
- No guarantee that a flight is possible at every location or time
- No flights without the required permissions or outside permitted airspace
- No use of zoom, recording or tracking functions without a lawful basis
- No imagery directed at the interior of homes

- Which equipment is used?
- A DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine, operated by a qualified drone pilot. Equivalent suitable equipment may be used where technically, operationally or legally necessary.
- Can you fly anywhere?
- No. Airspace restrictions, the location, its surroundings, safety and the required permissions determine whether a flight is possible. We never promise in advance that a flight can take place at any location or time.
- What happens in poor weather?
- Wind, precipitation and visibility determine both safety and image quality. In unsuitable conditions the flight is rescheduled in consultation with you.
- How is the privacy of third parties protected?
- Recording is directed at the agreed purpose. Unnecessary capture of individuals and of the interior of homes is avoided, and footage is not used outside the instruction.
- May drone footage be used in an investigation file?
- Only where the purpose is legitimate, the measure proportionate and no lighter means suffices. That assessment is documented in the plan of action beforehand.
- What does drone deployment cost?
- After your first message, you receive a written plan of action with a cost framework. The agreed payment terms are set out in the quotation or engagement confirmation.
- Do you operate throughout the Netherlands?
- Yes. Drone operations are available throughout the Netherlands, subject to airspace, location, safety, weather and required permissions.
