Our rates at a glance
One fixed hourly rate for observation work and a fixed budget per phase for everything else. That is all there is to it.
Preliminary check: fixed budget
A limited first step that may be proposed where useful to assess viability, available leads and a suitable approach.
All other work: budget per phase
For tailored work, you receive a written plan of action with a cost framework after your first message. Payment terms are set out in the quotation or engagement confirmation.
How we agree on costs
The first consultation is free. You describe your situation; we tell you honestly what can factually be established — and whether an investigation is worthwhile at all. If the answer is no, we say so.
You then receive a plan of action. It sets out what we will do, in which phases, and what each phase costs at most. We only start once you have approved it.
No hours without your approval. If a case develops differently than expected, we consult you before working additional hours. You decide whether a phase is extended, adjusted or closed.
Clear payment terms. The agreed payment terms are set out in the quotation or engagement confirmation.
Clear deliverables. The plan of action states which factual, dated reporting you receive and which work is included in the cost framework.
Clarity about tailored work and cost
The required effort differs by investigative question. After your first message, you therefore receive a written plan of action with a cost framework.
For surveillance, the rate is EUR 90 per hour excluding VAT, with a minimum booking of three hours. For other tailored work, costs and payment terms are agreed in the quotation or engagement confirmation.
What we do not do: guarantee an outcome or promise a figure that turns out differently afterwards. An investigation may confirm a suspicion — or dispel it — and honest pricing reflects that.
