The limits of the work

Working with a family lawyer
If you wish to use the findings in a divorce, maintenance matter or other legal proceedings, your lawyer can assess what significance the established facts have in your situation. On request, the report can be provided directly to your lawyer.
Clear, factual reporting
You receive a coherent account of the relevant observations, including dates, times and location references. Where lawful and appropriate, the report is supported by photographic material. Observations and interpretations are kept clearly separate.
If the observations do not support the suspicion, that is reported just as clearly. This gives you clarity based on objectively recorded facts, without any advance promise about the outcome.
